Rental Car counters are at the site of airport. They are open 24/7.

Q Any additional fees for the extra bed?
A Yes. We could install one extra bed in Premier, Luxury or Medallion room.
It is additional $40+11% and $60+11% for the Medallion Room.
Q Could we rent a wheelchair?
A Yes. We have it available. Also accessible rooms are available upon reservation.
Q How to access to the Country Club?
A It is a walking distance and takes about 3 min.
However, you could ride our shuttle van which is convenient and available 24 HR anywhere in our facility.
Q Is the swimming pool free? - POOL IS OPEN only Fri, Sat, Sun, and Holiday. (CLOSED on Mon - Thu)
A Yes. All the swimming pools are open free for in-house guests.
Q When is the checkin and checkout
A Check in is 15:00 and Check out is 12:00
Q How to cancel or modify my reservation?
